Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional 2nd level support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to Novunex software and services
  • Collaborate with the 1st level support team to ensure the seamless escalation of issues and effective resolution for clients
  • Develop and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of Novunex products to provide accurate and efficient support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, QA, and Product Management, to identify and resolve product issues and drive continuous improvement
  • Create and update comprehensive documentation, including knowledge base articles, user guides, and technical notes
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide support coverage during non-business hours
  • Continuously develop and enhance technical and soft skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum three years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or technology company
  • Strong understanding of software troubleshooting techniques and methodologies
  • Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows and Linux
  • Knowledge of programming languages, such as JavaScript or C#, is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive support experience for clients
