#12300 User profile permission

• Description: Users now need a specific resource permission via a user group to be able to manage their own profiles.
• What you need to do to prepare: User cannot edit their own profile anymore by default.
• How this will affect your organization: To allow users to manage their own profile, a resource permission in a user group must be assigned.
