This page gives you short instructions on how to add, modify or remove Users from your Novunex Subscription.

The Novunex Platform enables you to securely manage access to resoures for your users. Included with the Novunex Platform is a full suite of management capabilities to create and manage users.

Add a User

  1. Select Administration > USER > Users
  2. Click on + Create user in the top right corner
  3. Enter Email
    • Optionally, enter Given name, Surname, Job title, Location, and Manager
  4. Click on Save & CloseEdit

Remove a User

  1. Select Administration > USER > Users
  2. Enter the username in the search bar at the top of the page
  3. Click on Search
  4. Click on Profile in the bottom right corner of the User
  5. Click on Manage profile
  6. Go to Delete profile > click on Delete user
  7. Confirm by clicking Ok

Disable a User

  1. Select Administration > USER > Users
  2. Enter the username in the search bar at the top of the page
  3. Click on Search
  4. Click on Profile in the bottom right corner of the User
  5. Click on Manage profile
  6. Go to Status and select Not active for Select user status
  7. Click on Update

Disabling a User is recommended if the User Account will be again used in the future. This way users will keep their Id.

Add a User to a Subscription

  1. Select Administration > USER > Users
  2. Enter the username in the search bar at the top of the page
  3. Click on Search
  4. Click on Profile in the bottom right corner of the User
  5. Click on Manage profile
  6. Go to Subscriptions > select Available Subscriptions
  7. Click on Add selected subscriptions and Save

Remove a User from a Subscription

  1. Select Administration > USER > Users
  2. Enter the username in the search bar at the top of the page
  3. Click on Search
  4. Click on Profile in the bottom right corner of the User
  5. Click on Manage profile
  6. Go to Subscriptions > select Current Subscriptions
  7. Click on Remove selected subscriptions and Save

Delegate tasks from Users

  1. Click on Delegates
  2. Click on Add delegate
  3. Select the User to receive the task
  4. Select the Process to delegate
  5. Click on Save
