This page gives you short instructions on how to view data using the Data Explorer of your Novunex Subscription. The complete description of the Data Explorer can be found here.

The Data Explorer allows the viewing of Entities and Data Records in a read-only mode. The main purpose of the Data Explorer is to provide an administrator or priviliged user a backend interface to view data records without the need for Dashboards or Processes.

Show Data Records

1. Select Administration > DATA > Data Explorer
2. Click on Choose…
3. Select Entity Type shown in dropdown

Search Data Record by Id

1. Select Administration > DATA > Data Explorer
2. Insert ID in field Search by Id
3. Click on Search

Show History Entries of Data Records

1. Select Administration > DATA > Data Explorer
2. Show Data Records either by choosing an Entity Type or searching by ID
3. Navigate to the right side of the Data Records
4. Click on History
