Create a Form Widget

1. Select Administration > DASHBOARD > Form Widgets
2. Click on Create new form
3. Enter Form name
4. Configure form widget
5. Click on Save & close

Remove a Form Widget

1. Select Administration > DASHBOARD > Form Widgets
2. Click on the line of the form widget and select Delete
3. Confirm by clicking Yes, delete it!
