The Novunex Platform enables you to securely manage access to resoures for your users. Included with the Novunex Platform is a full suite of management capabilities to create and manage users.

User Profile

One user may have multiple mandatory or optional attributes that can be manged via the profile management page or through Processes.

  • Username / Email - A mandatory, unique mail address or unique username in the Account
  • First name - Optional: First name of the user
  • Last name - Optional: Second or last name of the user
  • Job title - Optional: Job title or job description of the user
  • Manager - Optional: Manager of the user (reference to a Novunex Platform user)
  • Location - Optional: Description of the user´s location
  • Language - The current language and culture setting of the user
  • Time zone - The current time zone of the user
