This guide shows you how to add, import, modify or remove Subscription Settings.

Subscription Settings are name-value pairs that can be set via the Subscription Settings Editor and read from Activities. The name and value of Subscription Settings are always of type String. The scope of Subscription Settings is a complete Subscription over all Processes in it.

Add a new Subscription Setting

1. Navigate to the Subscription Settings by clicking on Administration > SUBSCRIPTION > Subscription Settings
2. You are now in the Subscription Settings Editor
3. Click on Add and a new, empty Subscription Setting is created
4. Enter Name and Value
5. Optionally, also a Description can be entered
6. You can finish your work by:
   • Clicking on Save to save the changes
   • Clicking on Cancel to discard the changes

Import Subscription Settings

1. Navigate to the Subscription Settings by clicking on Administration > SUBSCRIPTION > Subscription Settings
2. You are now in the Subscription Settings Editor
3. Click on Import from CSV
4. Select the CSV file with the Subscription Settings in it
5. Click on Open
6. You can finish your work by:
   • Clicking on Save to save the changes
   • Clicking on Cancel to discard the changes

Update existing Subscription Settings

1. Navigate to the Subscription Settings by clicking on Administration > SUBSCRIPTION > Subscription Settings
2. You are now in the Subscription Settings Editor
3. Modify Name, Value or Description of the Subscription Settings you want to change
4. You can finish your work by:
   • Clicking on Save to save the changes
   • Clicking on Cancel to discard the changes

Remove Subscription Settings

1. Navigate to the Subscription Settings by clicking on Administration > SUBSCRIPTION > Subscription Settings
2. You are now in the Subscription Settings Editor
3. To delete any Subscription Settings, clicking on the left side of the Name
4. You can finish your work by:
   • Clicking on Save to save the changes
   • Clicking on Cancel to discard the changes
