This page gives short introductions on How-to add or update App Packges in the Marketplace of your Novunex Subscription.

Create an App

  1. Navigate to the Marketplace by clicking on Administration > SUBSCRIPTION > Marketplace
  2. Click on Create app package to open the app package creation
  3. Start by applying some general information:
    • Enter a Short name
    • Choose a Category your App fits in
    • It is good practice to enter a Description
    • Other properties like the Icon, Full Description, Color, Comment, etc., can be entered now or modified later.
  4. Check the items from the following categories you want to add:
    • Entity types
    • Data queries
    • Processes
    • Form Controls
    • Rules
    • Schedules
    • Dashboards
    • Dashboard Widgets
    • Menu
    • User groups
    • Settings
  5. Make sure that No is selected for Preview? in order to finalize the first version of your App
  6. Click on Save & close

Update an App

  1. Navigate to the Marketplace by clicking on Administration > SUBSCRIPTION > Marketplace
  2. Locate the App you want to update by selecting a category or scrolling through all app packages
  3. Click on the App package you wan to update and select Edit
  4. Make updates as needed
  5. Click on Save & close
