Multifactor Authentification

Enable Multifactor Authentification

  1. Go to yourAccount.novunex.app
  2. Log in into your account
  3. Navigate to your name in the top right corner
  4. Click on your name
  5. Select Manage account
  6. Navigate to ADVANCED and click on Account Setup
  7. Select Build In User Account
  8. Select Yes for Enable MFA
  9. Click on Save

After enabling MFA, the user will have to enter a 6-digit code from their Microsoft Authentificator App during the login. The 6-digit code does not need to be entered during the sign action within processes, unless the ROPC flow for signatures is disabled.

First Time User Registration

  1. Go to yourAccount.novunex.app
  2. Click on Sign up now
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Click on Send verification code
  5. Enter the verification code from your email
  6. Click on Verify code
  7. Enter and confirm new password
  8. Click on Create
  9. Download the Microsoft Authentificator App
  10. Open the Microsoft Authentificator App and scan the QR Code
  11. Click on Continue
  12. Enter the 6-digit code from the Microsoft Authentificator app
  13. Click on Verify

In case you lose access to your Microsoft Authentificator App and therefore need to reset the multifactor authentification for your Novunex account, please reach out to the Novunex Support Team.

Logging in with enabled Multifactor Authentification

  1. Go to yourAccount.novunex.app
  2. Enter your email address and password
  3. Click on Sign in
  4. Open your Microsoft Authentificator App on your phone
  5. Enter the 6-digit code
  6. Click on Verify

Reset your password

  1. Go to yourAccount.novunex.app
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click on Send verification code
  4. Enter the verification code from your email
  5. Click on Verify code
  6. Open your Microsoft Authentificator App on your phone
  7. Enter the 6-digit code
  8. Click on Verify
  9. Enter and confirm new password
  10. Click on Continue
