This page gives you short instructions on how to create or update Form Controls from your Novunex Subscription. The complete description of Form Controls can be found here.

Forms are the user interface of Form Activities and allow Users to interact with a Process. Thus, Forms are used in all Processes that require human interactions. Each Form is composed of various Form Controls. While the Form itself is merely the container, Form Controls like Texts, Buttons, Checkboxes, etc. allow users to interact with a Process and its data.

Create a Custom Form Control

1. Select Administration > PROCESS > Form Controls
2. Click on Create new control
3. Enter Name and Type
4. Configure form control
5. Click on Save & close

Remove a Custom Form Control

1. Select Administration > PROCESS > Form Controls
2. Click on in the line of the form control and select Delete
3. Confirm by clicking Yes, delete it!
