Responsibilities

  • Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Expanding the customer base by identifying new sales opportunities and converting leads into customers.
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas, while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic account plans that address client needs, drive revenue growth, and maximize profitability.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and address any challenges.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a strong understanding of the market and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Representing Novunex at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our products and services.
 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of clients, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • A high degree of self-motivation, results-driven attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
