The Data Explorer allows the viewing of Entities and Data Records in a read-only mode. The main purpose of the Data Explorer is to provide an administrator or priviliged user a backend interface to view data records without the need for Dashboards or Processes.

Only Entities of “Data Explorer” enabled Entity Types can be viewed with the Data Explorer If the audit feature is enabled for an entity type the data explorer also shows the modification history of data records.
